What happens when I want to get married during a Maine winter but I want roses at my wedding?

We source flowers from local sources, American flower fields, and Internationally ethically grown flower farms so the finest flowers are always at our  fingertips.

I don’t want to see my flowers go to waste after my event But I’m not sure I want to take the arrangements home. Do you repurpose the flowers?

MIDCOAST BLOOMS strives to reuse and repurpose flowers and resources in the most efficient ways possible. At the close of your event, if you have flowers remaining, we can collect and donate your arrangement to a nearby organization/non-profit where the leftover blooms will get a second life and put beautiful smiles on the faces of others. Do you OFFER both flowers and wedding planning?

No - we primarily specialize in the creation of floral designs and floral event styling.  We work closely with wedding planning professionals to fulfill your wedding visions.

Do you work outside of the MidCoast?

Yes! Have flowers and tools, can travel!!  We offer design services across Maine, the northeast and all across the US.

Do you only provide flowers for weddings?

No! We to create and provide flowers for all of life's events.  We enjoy planning and designing for bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, corporate functions, elegant dinner parties, and family picnics, funerals and memorials.  Whenever and wherever you need beautiful flowers we are there!  If you need help with any planning or logistics drop us a line, we're here to assist!

Absolutely!! We do not discriminate, and love to work with couples of all colors, faiths & persuasions!

I’m on a budget – do you think we’ll be able to work together?

We specialize in working creatively to making your dreams come true, and will do our very best to maximize and work with the budget that you have.

The best thing is be honest about your budget up front, list your needs, and be open to creative suggestions. Laura has received testimonials from happy clients on The Knot who attest to her ability to work within a budget and still meet the vision.

Do you have an arbor or moon gate for rent?

Yes, several!  We offer a traditional white arbor, drift wood arbor, “A” frame arbor, and moongate. See our accessories page.

Do you have a store or public studio? How can I know what my event will look like if I can’t come by and see what you do?

We work out of a private studio not open to the public. This allows us to focus exclusively on producing your event instead of interrupting the design process to wait on customers. We’d be happy to make a date to meet you and show you our extensive portfolio of work, and to discuss ideas for your unique event. 

Who will be there the day of the wedding to set up florals?

Our team is made up of experienced floral designers.  Laura handles all custom floral events herself with the assistance of team members.  

What is the first step if I decide I’m interested in working with you?
